It’ll be a happy Christmas and new year for us after our Charity Will campaign edged closer to the magic million mark!
In November, we raised £35,362.50 for the County Air Ambulance Trust HELP Appeal. We provide you with a professionally-written Will in exchange for a donation to the appeal.
So we’ve now raised a whopping £975,675.25 for the appeal to date!
Sarah Watson, director at Wills & Legal Services, said: “What a way to end a fantastic fundraising year for us. We’ve almost reached £1 million for this vital charity and this is all down to our loyal customers for their generous donations.
“We’re so grateful for their support and this money will make a real difference in helping to save lives.”
The County Air Ambulance Trust HELP Appeal funds life-saving helipads so air ambulances can land directly at hospitals throughout the country.
Jason Dennis, from the HELP Appeal’s fundraising executive team, said: “We have many helipad projects planned all over the country, with a number opening in 2020, so these amazing donations from Wills & Legal Services are most welcome and will help to save lives.”
Visit helpappeal.org.uk to learn more about helipads the charity is funding in the future, which will save time and save more lives.
The recommended donation for a Charity Will is just £40 per person.
